The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
• Custom or personalised orders
• Items on sale
• Please make a video before opening the parcel. If you lost the product or you got damaged product and you won't have any video then buyer is responsible for it's loss.
• Returns are processed within 45 Business Days
• Please send me images of an item, pack the items in the original box and please confirm with us before shipping the parcel.
• If you return a package without informing us, in that case, the buyer will totally be responsible for it.
• The buyer is only responsible for return shipping costs. But In some cases, we provide you return charge, for further please contact us before ship the item back.
• If you found any issue after 10 days from the delivery date are only eligible for the repair. Return is not accepted after the policy time-frame. Please contact us for more. In some cases, we offer you an exchange service as well.
• If we agreed to a refund, we will refund the amount up to 72 hours as per confirmation after getting the return parcel. If we found any damage or issue in the returned product, the buyer is only responsible for the loss of any value.
• Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

For Loose Diamond Order
Once you place the loose diamond order from lab stone (Whether it's listed or custom cut Order), does not eligible for return or cancellation in any condition, As I've already mentioned all the details including photos or videos of the finished item once it has done and before shipment.
☛ For the Certification
For the IGI certification, if we agreed to provide IGI Certificate then you will definitely get the certificate with your ordered item.
Once your ordered item has been out for shipment that you aren't able to demand any kind of certification.
☛ For Custom order
Items that have been customised designs or pieces with personalised engraving cannot be returned or exchanged, but if you really need to upgrade or repaired then it would be possible here, please contact us immediately via Chat Box, WhatsApp, Email or Call.
If you’re purchasing a listed item from our store and even customise minor change (Ex. Ring size, Engraving), that order is also included in the custom order.
☛ Special Warranty & Repair Service
To ensure you are confident about your purchase, we have Repair Service, which gives you enough time to be in no doubt that you have made the right decision of buying diamonds/jewelery from Lab stone Jewel.
• Our repair service can be done anytime with a Paid repair service.
• We will offer you a full warranty for the entire 60 days after purchasing the jewelery from my store.
• If your jewelery is outside the 60 days timeframe, we can still service your jewelery with our Limited Lifetime Service Policy.
• The repair could take up to time (based on the issue) from the date we receive your returned item(s).
• If your purchased item(s) shows any signs of defect or concerns that you want to resolve, then please contact us immediately via WhatsApp, Email or Call.
